Author J.H. James recently came out with I’m Third (find it on Amazon at "I'm Third."), which shares the secrets to success he’s accumulated during his decades-long career as a motivational speaker, personal development coach and a corporate strategic planning consultant. Chapters focus on individual themes — like trust, procrastination, leadership, mental muscle and more — and share quotes from celebrities, notable professionals and his own experiences related to the topic.
“The premise of the book is that true success is a product of helping others to succeed,” shares James, who is CEO of local company James Consulting LLC. “My greatest hope for our country today is that we can begin working together in a spirit of harmony and compromise to achieve our mutual goals. In order for that to happen, we will need to reevaluate our thinking and behavioral patterns of the past. Hopefully, I’m Third will open some minds and open some doors that will allow us to achieve the goal of mutual success for ourselves and our country in the future.

"I'm Third"

"A great read that 'spoke' to me as though I was sitting across from the author. I found it refreshingly free of double-speak, full of authenticity, and refreshingly uplifting, given all that is going on in today's world. I thoroughly recommend this book."

Madeline Krasne Cinders Barbeques

"I wanted to let you know how much we all appreciate the consulting expertise that you brought forth in advising us on the Cinders project. Anyone who chooses to work with you in the future will, I am sure, be re-energized by your enthusiasm for the task, your sensitivity towards the people concerned and your clear focus on what needs to be done. Thank you so much for your help, and I hope we have an opportunity to work with you again in the future."

Going Places Magazine

"Rarely does one individual have as much impact on a company as Jesse James has had on ours. Not only did he play an essential role in reorganizing and rebuilding a critical business area for us, he also made us think about, and look at, new ways to approach our daily workplace challenges. As important as anything else he accomplished, Jesse James gave our magazine a new and better light to follow. He showed us how to manage visions and lead people to accomplish a common set of goals. Jesse left behind the living gift of conducting business with honesty and integrity … and with respect for all concerned."
